CAN I COLOR MY BUNDLES/WIG?

Yes. Krowned Beauty Kollection provides only 100% HUMAN hair that can be
colored and or bleached to any level desired. However, we recommend that you consult with a professional about coloring hair.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?

Ultimately, this depends on the style that you are going for and the lengths you wish to purchase. We suggest:

12" - 14" approximately 2 bundles.
16" - 24" approximately 3 bundles.
26" & Above approximately 4-5 bundles.

Please note that the suggestion above is to create a natural look with our hair. If you're looking to achieve a more full and voluminous look, you will need more depending on the length of the bundle and size of your head. Keep in mind that the longer the length, the more hair you will need for a full look.

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?

We put no expiration date on our hair. With proper maintenance, your Krowned Beauty hair can be reused for 3+ year. Please remember that excessive use of heat and chemicals can/will result in damage to the hair.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY page for information on processing and shipping timeframes. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, changes to your order cannot be accepted after it has been submitted.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please refer to our REFUND POLICY page for information on refunds and exchanges. 

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Krowned Beauty Kollection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to
inquire about a refund. The courier must be contacted directly and their procedures followed for a potential refund.

IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the area. Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY page for information on local pick-up.
