SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Our processing time for in-stock items is 1-3 business days. Processing for pre-orders may take up to 20 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping time depends on method chosen at checkout. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

We only ship to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your form of payment it will not be confirmed. Please be aware that for security reasons, addresses cannot be changed once order has been submitted. Please make sure you have entered your correct shipping address before your order is placed.

 

LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY

We offer same day pick up and delivery for Youngstown area residents. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up or deliver.  Pick-up Zip Code is 44509. Please contact us directly.

 

LOST, STOLEN, & DAMAGED PACKAGES

Krowned Beauty Kollection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, OR damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, or if your package arrived damaged or tampered with you must contact the United States Postal Service directly and file a claim. Krowned Beauty Kollection does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

Krowned Beauty Kollection is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Krowned Beauty, you are responsible for additional shipping fees or a refund will be issued.

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all of our hair sales are FINAL. We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our hair. Please be sure to choose the correct lengths and textures  PRIOR to checking out. If a mistake is believed to have been made on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and it is our sole discretion to determine fault and make corrections to the best of our ability. All hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, chemicals, alterations, washing, combing, brushing, or unravel and cutting of the weft (unused and unworn). No refunds on custom Units!

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Krowned Beauty Kollection reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from customers at any time due to:

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Site malfunctions.
An irregular or excessive exchange history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.
Similarly, Krowned Beauty Kollection reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
